DÉFINITION
- n. From the Latin "interruptiōn-em". A noun from the action of "interrupĕre". In satin weaves, it refers to the number of ends between the adjacent binding points of successive picks. In regular satins, the interrumption is constant, on the contrary, in irregular satins it is variable.
