Chasuble width
DEFINITION
- It means the width of a cloth that is finished in a Jacquard loom, between 50 and 54 cm which usually was used for religious textiles such as Chasubles, the priest's garment. The dimensions of the chasubles varied but this name remained for this type of fabric.
