DEFINITION
- n. From the French bizarre ‘odd, fantastic,’ formerly ‘brave, soldier-like. It referes to a variance with the standard of ideal beauty or regular form; grotesque, irregular. It is a ornamental element inspired by the Bizarre style which can be used in other styles.
