Definition
A complete explanation of the intended meaning of a concept- adj. Term used to describe a woven or printed fabric in which one pattern or colour or thread (yarn) is overlaid on another. It describes a shaded effect achieved by using aternating weft threads of different colours or tones. It also meant crossed with lines.
