DEFINITION
  • It describes a textile when it uses several wefts, whether they are supplementary or combined with the ground texture of the fabric. It refers to a fabric with a satin or twill ground, has drawing effects produced by supplementary wefts to the fabric of various colors and that only produce their effects on the upper face thereof in the form of coarse.
